New genera and species of Tubulifera (Thysanoptera:Phlaeothripidae) from Assam and Meghalaya

Abstract

Two genera Pegothrips, Neodixothrips, and three new species Pegothrips meghalaya, Neodixothrips assamensis, and Tylothrips indicus are described. The genus Tylothrips is recorded for the first time from the Oriental Region and a key is provided to separate the known species.
